Debra Goldenberg, a graduate of Dickinson College and Wake Forest School of Law, has practiced law since 1984.  After spending a year with a large D.C. firm, she decided that she wanted to help solve problems for real people.  She entered private practice with the goal of educating, negotiating, mediating and when appropriate, litigating for the best interests of her clients.

Debra Goldenberg is known for her legal expertise in family law.  Whether your case is a complex divorce and custody matter, or simply one that requires matrimonial resolution, she will provide knowledgeable and when necessary, aggressive representation for you.  The issues that she addresses can include custody, child support, spousal support, visitation, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, protective orders, high net worth cases, paternity, father’s rights, equitable distribution, domestic violence, grandparent rights, relocation and pension distribution.  Debra Goldenberg is certified by the Virginia Supreme Court as a Mediator.

Debra Goldenberg also assists with other family issues.  When your high school student has a criminal or a traffic charge, she will protect their rights in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.  She will also represent adults’ interests and provide them the defenses they deserve when faced with criminal or traffic matters.
